Wigs
Right-o! Before you commission a wig from me, I’d like to outline a few policies. 
If you have any questions after reading these, please feel free to contact me!
I’ll try to keep this as concise as possible and answer as many questions as I can!
- 1. There is a $20 down-payment required on all wigs. This is non-refundable and reserves your spot and guarantees that your wig will be made.
- 2. As far as payment goes, as I mentioned, I offer payment plans. They can be arranged on a private basis, depending on the price of the wig.
- 3. Buyer pays shipping. Always. The shipping fee varies per wig as some wigs are smaller and easier packed than others. I assure you I will take the most care I can that your wig arrives safely! INTERNATIONAL BUYERS WELCOME!!
- 4. You may pay by Paypal (preferred, but there is a $2 charge), check, or money order. This includes for the required down-payment. Until I get your money for the down-payment, your wig will not be begun and until the full payment has been received, your wig will NOT be sent.
- 5. Payment plans are a privledge. If you request a payment plan, you MUST stick to the time alloted for payments! If you do not, you will recieve a warning e-mail, and after that, I will contact you directly by phone. Contact information must be supplied as such when you place your order. If you still refuse payment, legal action will be taken. I’m sorry for sounding mean, but I work hard on my wigs, just like you do for your money
- 6. All payments must be in USD.
- 7. I will contact you intermediately as your wig is being done. If you want progress photos, I will supply them. Please don’t bug me about the progress though, unless you are EXTREMELY concerned or need to cancel your order for some reason. I swear I’ll keep you updated. ^^
- 8. If you do not respond to an e-mail I send you within three weeks, I will consider the wig my property to sell and that you no longer want it.
- 9. As far as refunds go… There will be a styling fee that pertains to each wig, and the price differs according to the wig. The styling fee is NOT refundable. Only the wig materials are. You will be told about this when you commission a wig.
- 10. After a wig is completed, I only can do minor alterations. I will not remake a wig for you if you do not like the end result.
- 11. Once the wig ships to you, it cannot be returned and you must pay the FULL PRICE before it is shipped, either by payment plan or all upfront.

The information I need from you is:
- » The name of the character and the series they are in;
- » Pictures of the character (as many as possible – more may be requested);
- » The date you need the wig by. PLEASE contact me at least a month in advance. If it is anything less than that, you must pay for rush shipping!
You will be given a quote and what is included in the price. I offer payment plans! If the price is high and you are on a budget (which I completely understand), we can work something out so that everyone is happy. ^^
